Manager MGB Digital Radiation Oncology

Job Summary

Leads a team of digital professionals within a designated specialty or area. Contributes to decisions on implementing, maintaining, and optimizing digital resources and processes within the specialty.

Essential Functions

• Works with Digital directors to establish the team's goals and objectives, often participating in defining work products and timelines.
• Manages the day-to-day activities of a team of Digital professionals.
• Focuses on producing the team’s deliverables on time and within budget.
• Employs service management and/or project management methodologies to deliver high-quality work products.
• Affords staff recruitment, retention, and development.
• Maintains a work environment conducive to high performance.
• Promotes and encourages a high-quality customer service experience for all customers – internal and external.
• Collaborates well with other teams and departments to produce results.
• Manages medium complexity projects and/or services.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field.
• Experience: 5-7 years of experience working in digital specialty/area.
