About the role
The Manager of Medical Staff Services oversees the daily operations of the Medical Staff Services Department at Providence Healdsburg Hospital. They provide consultation support to Medical Staff leadership and facilitate leadership with Medical Staff committees and members. The role requires planning, developing, and organizing operations to meet Medical Staff Bylaws, Joint Commission standards, and other regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the Medical Staff Services Department.
- Provide consultation support to Medical Staff leadership.
- Facilitate leadership with Medical Staff committees and members.
- Plan, develop, and organize operations to meet Medical Staff Bylaws, Joint Commission standards, and other regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 3 years supervisory experience.
- Experience managing a medical staff department operations and achieving budgetary and other targets set for the department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 10 years Medical Staff Manager experience in an acute care setting preferred.
Skills
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of medical staff bylaws and Joint Commission standards.

Pay
The base pay range for this position is $52.79 - $81.94 per hour. Additional compensation may be available.
Schedule
This position is Full time and works 8-hour, Day shifts.
