Accountabilities
- Partner with media agency to develop and implement comprehensive media initiatives designed to deliver upon the business and brand objectives, with cross-functional Marketing teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align media strategies with overall marketing initiatives
- Utilize market research and apply audience analysis to identify target demographics and media consumption habits
- Adhere to media budgets, channels, and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
- Own the monthly performance analysis and dissemination of results across US marketing organization
- In partnership with Senior Manager, ensure Mark Anthony Media remains leading edge by focusing on evolution in practices, capabilities and tools
- Lead annual Agency review process
- Own monthly budget reporting, pacing, forecasting, and media authorizations
- Understand and upholds all Beer Institute Codes and its application to paid media initiatives
At Media from Start to Finish
- Lead end-to-end media planning, execution, and measurement, from briefing through post-campaign analysis
- Manage campaigns “day in, day out,” ensuring flawless execution and optimization alongside agency partners
- Balance different priorities across the portfolio of brands that are each in different stages of growth and maturity
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Social & Influencer, PR, Regional Marketing, Shopper Marketing, and Insights to ensure interconnectedness of plans to deliver greatest impact
Agency Partnership & Media Expertise
- Serve as a primary day-to-day partner for media agencies, bringing clear direction, strong briefs, and decisive feedback
- Apply your media expertise to challenge thinking, optimize performance, and maximize KPIs
Measurement, Performance & Storytelling
- Oversee measurement and performance tracking across brand health, media effectiveness, and business impact
- Use data and insights to inform optimization and clearly articulate what’s working—and why—back to stakeholders

- Competitive annual salary $89,000 - $111,000 in Chicago, IL
