Manager, Marketing AI Automation Engineer

About the role

We’re looking for an AI Engineer to join our Marketing team in a full-time, onsite role in Alpharetta, GA.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI agents and automations to improve marketing workflows
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to apply AI to various functions like campaign execution, demand generation, and competitive analysis
• Assess and consolidate current AI tool usage to bring structure and consistency to the marketing function
• Evaluate third-party AI solutions and make informed build-vs.-buy recommendations
• Communicate the business impact of your work in concrete terms

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building, deploying, and maintaining AI agents and automations
• Strong coding ability in Python and familiarity with APIs, LLMs, and AI tooling
• A metrics-driven mindset and ability to measure the impact of your work
• Interpersonal and stakeholder skills to earn the trust of marketing teams
• Cross-functional instincts to identify high-value automation opportunities
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

Qualifications

• Exposure to marketing workflows like campaign execution, demand generation, product marketing, competitive intelligence, or event targeting
• Experience working with or alongside marketing or GTM teams in a B2B environment
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and how they connect to AI tooling
• Prior work building AI solutions that non-technical teams actually adopted and used
