We are seeking an AI & Marketing Automation Manager to lead the integration of AI across our entire Marketing organization. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing tools and a strong ability to coach and empower the team to use AI and automation effectively.

What You'll Do 🚀

• Lead AI enablement across Marketing

• Become the go-to person for AI-driven questions and champion the use of AI in marketing processes

• Coach and upskill marketers to use AI and automation confidently

• Design and implement AI-powered workflows and automations

• Measure and report on the effectiveness of AI initiatives

• Work cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Growth teams

What Success Looks Like 🎯

• Successfully onboard into the Manychat ecosystem

• Audited the current self-serve funnel and identified key areas for AI intervention

• Shipped a working automation within the first 90 days

• Developed a framework for prioritizing future AI initiatives

• Built strong relationships across the business to support cross-functional collaboration
