Manager, Marketing Automation

Overview

Leads the strategy, architecture, and execution of marketing automation, technology, and data systems that power customer engagement across the marketing organization.

Responsibilities

• Owns the evolution of the marketing automation platforms, AI-driven solutions, and system integrations, to enable scalable, efficient, and personalized customer experiences.

• Partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales/Revenue Operations, IT, DAAI, and Analytics teams to design and operationalize end-to end marketing processes, ensuring data integrity, system reliability, and continuous innovation.

• Leads a team of technical marketing professionals responsible for automation, campaign enablement, and platform development while shaping the future direction of marketing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• MBA - Preferred
• 7+ years in marketing automation, marketing technology, or operations
• 2+ years in marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Salesforce, etc.)
• 2+ years in practical AI applications for Business
• 2+ years in data integration, APIs, and data platforms
• 2+ years in leading cross-functional initiatives and technical teams
• 2+ years in evaluating and managing marketing technology vendors

Pay

The starting base pay range for this position is $87,627.27 - $137,700.00 annually.
