About the role
The role involves managing a team of primarily intermediate or experienced professionals, setting objectives, guiding others on execution, and explaining policies, practices, and procedures. The incumbent oversees production operations, manages maintenance, and supervises manufacturing production disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Manages a team of professionals, determining how assignments are completed.
- Sets objectives and guides others on achieving operational results.
- Explains policies, practices, and procedures to others.
- Oversees production operations, including shop floor management, workforce management, and flow disruption management.
- Manages and supervises the work of manufacturing production disciplines in the Operations function.
- Performs professional or management work across multiple Manufacturing disciplines.
Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to work with ERP systems on a manufacturing floor.
- Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Demonstrated ability to set/manage to KPIs.
Qualifications
- You must have a University Degree or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
- You must have minimum 8 years of relevant experience or minimum 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree.
- Experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to work with ERP systems on a manufacturing floor.
- Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $107,500 - $204,500.
