About the role
The Manager, M&A Operations is responsible for overseeing the post-close integration process, ensuring seamless operations across all acquired entities. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the integration of acquired companies, including financial close, systems implementation, and cultural alignment.
- Develop and execute comprehensive integration plans that align with business objectives.
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of integration projects.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies during the integration process.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on integration progress and address any issues that arise.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate mergers and acquisitions, preferably in a managerial capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale integration projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
