About the role

The Manager, M&A Operations is responsible for overseeing the post-close integration process, ensuring seamless operations across all acquired entities. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the integration of acquired companies, including financial close, systems implementation, and cultural alignment.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive integration plans that align with business objectives.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of integration projects.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies during the integration process.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on integration progress and address any issues that arise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate mergers and acquisitions, preferably in a managerial capacity.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale integration projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems and data analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite.
