Manager LTC Nursing Unit

Job Description

This position provides leadership on a 24 hours/7 days per week basis, to the nursing care team in order to provide for the residents/patients needs while under medical care in the Long Term Care facility as well as to assess resident needs, plan, implement and evaluate residents/patients nursing care.

Education And Credentials

• Associates degree required.
• BS - Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.

Experience

• 5 years of experience in a clinical setting required.
• 1 year of experience in clinical leadership required.
• 1 year of experience in specific clinical service line of assigned department required.

Working Conditions

• Standard Hours: Bi-Weekly 75.00
• No Weekend/Holiday Requirement
• No On Call Required
• Scheduled Work Hours: 8a-5p
• Work Arrangement: Onsite

Pay

• Pay Frequency: Bi-Weekly
• Salary Range: $ 85,911.54 - $118,108.09
• Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
