Responsibilities
- Define and operationalize high-risk churn signals and translate insights into lifecycle retention strategies
- Design, launch, and optimize CRM-driven customer journeys across onboarding, inactivity, renewal risk, and other key lifecycle moments
- Develop and execute A/B tests, holdout tests, and journey optimization initiatives to improve subscriber retention
- Partner with Product, Analytics, Monetization, Engagement, and CRM Operations teams to drive retention strategies
- Lead CRM campaign execution across Email, Push, and In-app channels in partnership with Creative, Operations, and Production teams
- Identify high-impact opportunities to improve customer retention and reduce subscriber churn
- Monitor campaign and cohort performance and provide actionable optimization recommendations
- Present campaign results, insights, and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders
- Influence cross-functional decisions that improve subscriber renewal and retention
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience analyzing large datasets using Excel, Smartsheet, or similar tools
- 5+ years of experience with written and verbal communication, including developing and delivering presentations
- 5+ years of experience creating presentations and visual storytelling using PowerPoint or similar tools
- Strong experience building and optimizing customer journeys using CRM platforms such as Braze, Salesforce, or Adobe
- Proven experience developing data-driven lifecycle marketing strategies to improve retention and reduce churn
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable business strategies
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams
