Responsibilities
- Lead the development and evolution of enterprise learning and development strategy.
- Design and oversee learning programs that support role readiness, capability building, and leadership development.
- Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, and trainers to assess needs and define program outcomes.
- Own curriculum development standards, ensuring quality, consistency, and scalability across programs.
- Build and maintain toolkits, templates, and shared content to enable trainers and facilitators.
- Collaborate with HR and Learning Partners to align training priorities with business needs.
- Measure and evaluate program effectiveness using feedback, surveys, and performance data.
- Incorporate learning technologies and innovative approaches into program design.
- Manage external vendors and content partnerships as needed.
- Support engagement, succession, and team development initiatives through learning solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required in HR, Business, Education, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in L&D or OD program management.
- HR or Learning Certification preferred (SHRM-CP, CPLP, ATD).
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design, using ADDIE or comparable learning frameworks.
- Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) or similar learning platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead or contribute to strategic learning initiatives and programs.
- Effective communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
