What You Will Do

  • Partner with talent leadership, people business partners and functional training leaders through routine intake conversations to understand business needs, critical skills and learning impacts.
  • Translate insights into practical learning solutions addressing real business challenges and creating global impact.
  • Build development paths supporting global workforce, strengthening future-ready skills, and aligning learning priorities with business strategy, talent needs and regional realities.
  • Own the learning playbook, managing the entire lifecycle of learning initiatives, from needs identification to implementation and iteration based on feedback, adoption and results.
  • Embed learning into business rhythms, leadership routines, and team development plans using insights from people business partners to understand development gaps and provide leader support.
  • Develop and launch learning solutions that help global teams adapt to change, create course materials, videos, and resources, and use metrics and feedback loops to refine solutions.
  • Equip leaders and team members with tools, resources, and guidance for continuous growth and foster a culture of continuous growth.
  • Lead and grow a Learning & Development team, providing direction on content strategy, operational execution, and other areas.

What You Bring To The Table

  • 8+ years of experience in learning & development, instructional design, or talent management.
  • A proven track record of transforming organization-wide learning programs from ideas to fully launched realities, focusing on practical application, business relevance, and measurable impact.
  • Experience leveraging AI to enhance learning impact and throughput, including practical applications like automated role plays, learner feedback analysis, content personalization, skills insights, and scalable learning support.
  • A collaborative partnering style, adept at working across regional stakeholders and people business partners to identify needs, align priorities, and embed learning effectively in the business.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Talent and LMS (preferred).
  • The agility to adapt to changing priorities and move quickly to implement learning solutions.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
