Manager, Learning Design & Enablement

This role supports revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes in a Media environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement diverse learning experiences across modalities
• Manage and optimize Workday Learning LMS for effective course delivery
• Collaborate with HR teams to create tailored learning solutions
• Oversee project management and operational tasks for training initiatives
• Utilize feedback and metrics to improve learning programs continuously
• Ensure learning solutions align with business goals and decentralized needs
• Active participation in the Learning & Development Center of Excellence

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in learning and development program design and management
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Proven ownership of Learning Management Systems (LMS), specifically Workday Learning
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience in adult learning theory and leadership development
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Consultative experience in L&D or HR roles, partnering with stakeholders

Pay

$96,000 – $120,000 annually
