Responsibilities

  • Design and manage diverse learning experiences across in-person and digital formats
  • Oversee the organization's Learning Management System and ensure effective utilization
  • Partner with HR to create training solutions for various functions
  • Manage project execution for learning initiatives, including training logistics
  • Analyze feedback and metrics to continuously improve learning programs
  • Contribute to the Learning & Development Center of Excellence and ensure scalable standards
  • Occasionally travel as required

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development programs across various modalities
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS), specifically Workday Learning
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; strong presentation design skills required
  • Familiarity with adult learning theory and leadership development
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in a consultative L&D or HR role, collaborating with stakeholders
