Responsibilities
- Design and manage diverse learning experiences across in-person and digital formats
- Oversee the organization's Learning Management System and ensure effective utilization
- Partner with HR to create training solutions for various functions
- Manage project execution for learning initiatives, including training logistics
- Analyze feedback and metrics to continuously improve learning programs
- Contribute to the Learning & Development Center of Excellence and ensure scalable standards
- Occasionally travel as required
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in learning and development programs across various modalities
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS), specifically Workday Learning
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; strong presentation design skills required
- Familiarity with adult learning theory and leadership development
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Experience in a consultative L&D or HR role, collaborating with stakeholders
