This role advances people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Corporate Education strategy aligned with business needs
• Establish governance structure for education initiatives
• Manage and enhance the Leadership Academy
• Co-create learning paths for various business areas
• Drive strategies to promote a culture of continuous learning
• Implement Learning Experience strategy with educational technologies
• Design and execute global learning programs
• Develop learning analytics to measure the impact of initiatives
• Lead and develop the learning team with clear communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
• PREFERRED: Certification in Instructional Design and Learning Management Methodologies
• 5+ years in Corporate Education and Adult Learning Principles
• 2+ years in an Industrial Environment
• PREFERRED: Experience with storytelling methodologies
• Strong skills in Creativity, Agility, Critical Thinking, and Collaboration

$90,000 – $120,000 annually
