Manager, Learning

For our client, we are seeking a Manager Learning to join the team of a leader in the Energy & Utilities space. This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a Energy & Utilities environment. Location: Tampa, FL - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $90,000 – $120,000 annually Responsibilities Develop and implement Corporate Education strategy aligned with business needs Establish governance structure for education initiatives Manage and enhance the Leadership Academy Co-create learning paths for various business areas Drive strategies to promote a culture of continuous learning Implement Learning Experience strategy with educational technologies Design and execute global learning programs Develop learning analytics to measure the impact of initiatives Lead and develop the learning team with clear communication Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field Preferred certification in Instructional Design and Learning Management Methodologies 5+ years in Corporate Education and Adult Learning Principles 2+ years in an Industrial Environment Preferred experience with storytelling methodologies Strong skills in Creativity, Agility, Critical Thinking, and Collaboration Benefits 11 paid holidays each year 401k with company match and contributions Paid sick leave Robust benefits including Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Hybrid working schedule Outstanding growth opportunities within the company Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
