Manager IT Engineering- Infrastructure Shared Services

About the role

This role will lead HR service delivery with a focus on consistent operations, employee support, and scalable people processes. You will partner across HR, technology, operations, and business stakeholders to improve workflows, service quality, and data-driven decision-making. The position offers the opportunity to modernize core HR processes while improving the experience for employees and managers within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Participates in solution development and system repair tasks
• Manages project implementation schedules and analyzes variances
• Establishes detailed work plans and monitors project progress
• Assists with technology integration aligned with business goals
• Works with vendors to resolve product issues and establish SLAs
• Provides status updates to end user management and stakeholders
• Conducts HR responsibilities including interviewing and performance evaluations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
• 3 years of solution development and support experience
• 1 year of supervisory experience in a multi-discipline environment
• Knowledge of enterprise organization structures and technology
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay

$132,696 – $197,856 annually
