Manager, IT Buisness Systems

About the role

Glocomms is partnering with a growing consumer packaged goods organization to identify a Business Systems & IT professional who will help drive technology, data, and operational excellence across the business. This individual will take ownership of core systems, reporting, data integrity, and process improvement initiatives while partnering closely with teams across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and making a visible impact within a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize ERP or enterprise business systems, including user management, workflows, reporting, dashboards, permissions, and process improvements.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues across multiple systems and support ongoing data integrity initiatives.
• Manage system integrations, data flows, and connected business applications.
• Partner effectively with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Manage technology vendors, consultants, and third-party service providers.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in ERP administration, business systems, IT operations, data management, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience administering and optimizing ERP or enterprise business systems.
• Strong understanding of data analysis, SQL, reporting tools, and data governance best practices.
• Familiarity with system integrations, data flows, and connected business applications.
• Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing technology vendors, consultants, and third-party service providers.
• Self-starter comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of finance, accounting, or business operations.
• Relevant ERP or systems certifications.
• Experience with integrations, workflow automation, and enterprise applications.
• Exposure to scripting, advanced reporting, or analytics tools.
• Experience working with implementation partners or consulting firms.
• Experience with integration or middleware platforms.
• Exposure to BI and data visualization tools.
• Experience supporting complex or multi-entity business environments.
• Interest in automation, AI, and emerging technologies.
