IT Systems Manager

Seeking a hands-on IT & Systems Manager to lead company-wide technology initiatives, support a growing multi-state operation, and serve as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions. On-site role based in Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize core business systems, including NetSuite and field service applications
• Lead IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business continuity efforts
• Provide end-user support for office and field employees across multiple locations
• Develop dashboards, reporting, and data-driven insights for leadership
• Manage technology vendors, integrations, software implementations, and IT investments
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve productivity and operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Experienced IT leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats
• Experience with ERP systems, integrations, databases/SQL, APIs, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity is highly valued
