Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or relevant fields of study, or equivalent experience
• Epic Ambulatory, Healthy Planet, Value-Based Program Management experience
• Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of software solutions
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer-service orientation
• 5-7 years experience in a related field

Job Responsibilities

• Complete staff performance recommendations on time
• Recommend disciplinary action or promotion path as appropriate
• Manage project resources appropriately to ensure quality of work life balance
• Provide team leadership to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget within the project schedule
• Removes barriers to ensure projects and initiatives move forward on schedule
• Escalates concerns appropriately while providing recommendations for resolution
• Performs definition, preliminary analysis, resource planning, project scheduling and develops project plans utilizing current methodologies and standards
• When appropriate, provides input related to project budget planning and forecasting
• Ensures that project solutions, system acquisitions and modifications meet the goals and objectives of the requesting department
• Provides guidance and direction to team members to ensure quality procedures, techniques and standards are followed
