About the role

The Manager, IP Dispute Resolution (Financial Expert Practice) is responsible for overseeing complex intellectual property disputes involving financial experts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage legal disputes related to intellectual property involving financial experts.
• Collaborate with legal teams to develop and implement strategies for resolving disputes efficiently.
• Provide expert testimony in court and arbitration proceedings.
• Conduct research and analysis to support legal arguments and dispute resolutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with financial experts to ensure timely and accurate expert reports.

Requirements

• A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• At least 5 years of experience in intellectual property litigation or arbitration.
• Experience working with financial experts in legal disputes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice law in at least one state.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
