IP Litigation Manager
Primary Responsibilities
Lead IP litigation from inception to resolution, collaborating with internal teams, outside counsel, and technical experts.
Coordinate efforts across global jurisdictions, including US, Germany, China, and UPC.
Communicate complex legal issues clearly to business stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.
Manage multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Required Experience And Skills
- J.D. with current US bar membership; Patent Bar preferred.
- 6+ years of successful IP litigation experience, focusing on patents in district courts, PTAB, and ITC.
- Technical background (engineering or related field) is preferred.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and business acumen.
Nice-to-Have (Plus)
- Experience with high-tech products, especially networking.
- Familiarity with international IP laws, including UPC, Germany, and China.
