About the role
Manage daily operations of the IP litigation practice, ensuring efficiency and compliance with internal policies.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement process improvements and best practices.
- Manage billable and pro bono staffing for IP Litigation attorneys across offices.
- Partner with Training and Development team for onboarding and orientation of associates and lateral hires.
- Plan and execute Department and Practice group strategy, prepare monthly productivity reporting.
- Directly manage performance of Paralegals and legal support staff.
- Contribute to pitches, RFPs, CLE programming, etc.
- Oversee resource allocation and ensure the team is adequately staffed to meet client needs.
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support client service delivery and operational goals.
- Identify training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
- Assist in budget planning and management for the legal department.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of experience in professional services or legal environment.
- 3+ years of experience managing teams directly.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to oversee daily operations effectively.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and implement process improvements.
- Understanding of budgeting and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to support team and client needs.

Pay
A competitive salary ranging from $153,000 to $192,000 USD annually, based on experience.
