Responsibilities

  • Oversee a team of financial experts providing expert testimony in intellectual property disputes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and legal professionals.
  • Conduct thorough financial analyses and prepare reports for court proceedings.
  • Provide expert witness testimony in high-stakes litigation cases.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to ensure accurate and compelling financial evidence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial analysis and expert witness testimony.
  • Experience in intellectual property law and litigation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or similar.
  • Experience working with complex financial data and legal documents.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing intellectual property.

Skills

  • Proficiency in financial modeling software (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
