About the role

Join a dynamic team dedicated to resolving intellectual property disputes. As an Analyst/Senior Analyst in the Financial Expert Practice, you will play a crucial role in supporting legal teams through expert analysis and strategic advice.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis on complex financial and legal issues related to intellectual property disputes.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to support legal strategies and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including lawyers, engineers, and financial experts to ensure comprehensive solutions are developed.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in IP law and financial analysis to provide informed insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IP litigation or financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

  • Admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Experience working with financial models and understanding of valuation techniques.
  • Knowledge of IP law principles and procedures.

Skills

  • Advanced Excel skills, including VBA and pivot tables.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
