Join a dynamic team dedicated to resolving intellectual property disputes. As an Analyst/Senior Analyst in the Financial Expert Practice, you will play a crucial role in supporting legal teams through expert analysis and strategic advice.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research and analysis on complex financial and legal issues related to intellectual property disputes.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to support legal strategies and negotiations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including lawyers, engineers, and financial experts to ensure comprehensive solutions are developed.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in IP law and financial analysis to provide informed insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IP litigation or financial analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Qualifications
- Admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Experience working with financial models and understanding of valuation techniques.
- Knowledge of IP law principles and procedures.
Skills
- Advanced Excel skills, including VBA and pivot tables.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

Pay
$80,000 - $120,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
