About the role

Reporting to the Head of Revenue and Commission Insights, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), the Manager of Insurance Revenue Analytics serves as Acrisure's analytical resource for high-priority, time-sensitive strategic and financial questions from the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors. This is a responsive, high-judgment function that translates complex financial and market questions into clear, well-structured analyses and narratives. The ideal candidate brings a strategy consulting or strategic finance background, with the ability to independently scope and execute financial models, synthesize internal and external data, and produce Board-ready PowerPoint materials.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic & Scenario Analysis:
    • Respond to inbound analytical requests from the ELT and Board, scoping, prioritizing, and delivering high-quality financial analysis under tight timelines with limited direction.
    • Build financial models and scenario analyses covering organic growth sensitivities, capital allocation trade-offs, investment cases, cost structure scenarios, and other ad hoc requests.
    • Integrate internal financial data with external market intelligence (e.g., S&P Global) to provide competitive benchmarking, industry context, and market sizing.
    • Partner with FP&A's Enterprise Analysis and Expense Management functions to incorporate functional inputs into enterprise-level scenario frameworks.
    • Support finance-wide initiatives, such as policy development, ensuring alignment with FP&A requirements.
    • Own the enterprise long-range model, conducting an annual refresh and leveraging it for scenario planning across new investments or evolving assumptions.
  • Board & Executive Communication:
    • Translate complex financial models into executive-ready PowerPoint presentations, structuring content to lead with insights and drive toward clear recommendations.
    • Prepare CFO-ready briefing materials that anticipate questions, surface risks, and present a well-reasoned point of view.
    • Develop expertise in Acrisure's financial architecture, including management reporting, PubCo metrics, and non-GAAP frameworks.
    • Maintain high standards of accuracy, clarity, and visual quality in all deliverables, self-reviewing and pressure-testing conclusions before escalation.
  • Strategic Judgment & Problem Framing:
    • Apply structured, hypothesis-driven thinking to ambiguous questions, breaking down complex problems and delivering clear answers.
    • Enrich scenario analysis with market awareness, competitor dynamics, and macroeconomic context.
    • Proactively identify analytical gaps, data quality issues, or unstated assumptions and resolve or escalate them.
    • Leverage FP&A's self-service analytical tools to accelerate the speed and depth of strategic analysis.

Requirements

  • Strong financial modeling skills, including scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and investment case development, with the ability to build models independently.
  • Exceptional PowerPoint and executive communication skills, structuring compelling narratives and distilling complex analysis into clear visuals.
  • Proven ability to work independently on ambiguous, high-priority requests, managing scope, timeline, and quality without close supervision.
  • Experience integrating external market data (e.g., S&P Global, industry databases) with internal financial data for contextualized analysis.
  • High analytical rigor and intellectual curiosity, comfortable forming and defending a point of view.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence, communicating complex findings clearly to senior leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, Strategic Finance, Corporate Development, or Corporate FP&A, with a track record of producing high-quality financial analysis and executive materials.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA from a leading program or equivalent advanced degree.
  • Experience in insurance brokerage, financial services, or a complex, multi-entity business environment.
  • Familiarity with public company financial reporting, non-GAAP metrics, or investor-facing communication.
  • Prior exposure to Board-level or C-suite analytical support in a corporate or advisory context.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.

Pay

The base compensation range for this position is $127,000 - $172,000. Placement within the range will be based on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
