Acrisure prioritizes leadership, accountability, and collaboration, equipping teams to work at the highest levels possible.

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Revenue and Commission Insights, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), the Manager of Insurance Revenue Analytics serves as Acrisure's analytical resource for high-priority, time-sensitive strategic and financial questions originating from the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors. This is a responsive, high-judgment function that translates complex financial and market questions into clear, well-structured analyses and narratives. The ideal candidate brings a strategy consulting or strategic finance background, with the ability to independently scope and execute financial models, synthesize internal and external data sources, and produce Board-ready PowerPoint materials that distill sophisticated analysis into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic & Scenario Analysis
    • Respond to inbound analytical requests from the ELT and Board, scoping, prioritizing, and delivering high-quality financial analysis under tight timelines and with limited direction.
    • Build financial models and scenario analyses covering strategic topics including organic growth sensitivities, capital allocation trade-offs, investment cases, cost structure scenarios, and other ad hoc requests.
    • Integrate internal financial data with external market intelligence (e.g., S&P Global) to provide competitive benchmarking, industry context, and market sizing.
    • Partner with FP&A's Enterprise Analysis and Expense Management functions to pull functional inputs into enterprise-level scenario frameworks.
    • Support finance-wide initiatives, such as policy development, ensuring alignment with FP&A requirements.
    • Own the enterprise long-range model, conducting a full refresh annually and leveraging it for scenario planning.
  • Board & Executive Communication
    • Translate complex financial models and analytical findings into executive-ready PowerPoint presentations, structuring content to lead with insight and drive toward clear recommendations.
    • Prepare CFO-ready briefing materials that anticipate questions, surface key risks, and present a well-reasoned point of view.
    • Develop facility with Acrisure's financial architecture, including management reporting views, PubCo metrics, and non-GAAP frameworks.
    • Maintain a high standard of accuracy, clarity, and visual quality across all deliverables.
  • Strategic Judgment & Problem Framing
    • Apply structured, hypothesis-driven thinking to ambiguous or open-ended questions, delivering clear answers rather than data dumps.
    • Bring market awareness and external perspective to internal financial questions, enriching analysis with industry trends and competitor dynamics.
    • Proactively identify analytical gaps, data quality issues, or unstated assumptions and resolve or escalate them before final delivery.
    • Leverage FP&A's self-service analytical tools to accelerate the speed and depth of strategic analysis.

Requirements

  • Strong financial modeling skills, including scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and investment case development.
  • Exceptional PowerPoint and executive communication skills, with the ability to structure compelling narratives and distill complex analysis into clear visuals.
  • Proven ability to work independently on ambiguous, high-priority requests while managing scope, timeline, and quality.
  • Experience integrating external market data (e.g., S&P Global) with internal financial data to produce market-contextualized analysis.
  • High analytical rigor and intellectual curiosity, with the ability to form and defend a point of view.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence, with the ability to communicate complex findings clearly to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, Strategic Finance, Corporate Development, or Corporate FP&A, with a demonstrated track record of producing high-quality financial analysis and executive-level materials.
  • Preferred:
    • MBA from a leading program or equivalent advanced degree.
    • Experience in insurance brokerage, financial services, or a similarly complex, multi-entity business environment.
    • Familiarity with public company financial reporting, non-GAAP metrics, or investor-facing financial communication.
    • Prior exposure to Board-level or C-suite analytical support in a corporate or advisory context.
    • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
