Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal collaborators to develop corrective and preventative actions to address identified non-conformities
- Keep up-to-date with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and proactively identify areas for improvement
- Reviews Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) taking action as needed to improve IT related performance
- Hire, train, mentor, and provide performance management or corrective actions following policy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in healthcare information technology or relevant field is required
- 5+ years of healthcare IT experience is required
- 2+ years of management, supervisory or leadership experience required
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of IT operations, network infrastructure, server administration, and/or enterprise software applications
- Experience with information security practices and risk management
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent leadership/team management skills, business acumen, and technology proficiency
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills/Customer Service
- Attention to detail
- Expert knowledge of IT best practices, policies, and regulations
Skills
- IT application experience in Epic
- Other applications would be a bonus
