Manager, Information Operations

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Information Operations to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will oversee the day-to-day performance of technical support and field services functions, with a strong emphasis on service quality, issue resolution, and customer experience. You will partner closely with engineering, operations, and external vendors to streamline workflows, improve processes, and support efficient system integrations. The position is well suited for a hands-on leader who can balance tactical execution with team development in a fast-paced healthcare technology environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Manage daily operations of Technical Support and Field Services teams Monitor and analyze service levels, response times, and customer satisfaction metrics Execute tactical plans and projects to meet service level agreements (SLAs) Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues with customers Conduct personnel functions including hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations Collaborate with various teams to analyze workflows and support process streamlining efforts Coordinate system integration with internal engineering groups and third-party vendors Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field 6+ years in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role 2+ years in a supervisory, team lead, or management position Experience in large-scale organizational environments Preferred experience in healthcare, EHR, or practice management software Benefits Opportunities for professional development and growth Engagement with major enterprise healthcare partners Collaborative work environment in a multi-faceted leadership role Potential to influence service and product improvements directly Access to modern technology and cloud platforms Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
