About the role

Your Opportunity, Your Team Reporting to the Director of Social Commerce for Meta, you will manage creator and publisher relationships, own program execution and optimization, and partner across the business to turn strategy into results. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership, bringing the performance insight that shapes where we take the program next.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and execute the influencer and affiliate marketing program across QVC and HSN on Meta, using data and performance insight to grow the business.
  • Build and manage relationships across our creator and publisher network, negotiating partnerships that strengthen and expand the program.
  • Manage the program budget, forecast performance, surface growth opportunities, and bring clear updates and recommendations to leadership.
  • Help run and optimize the affiliate loyalty program to drive incremental sales and customer retention.
  • Facilitate regular syncs with platform partners and lead recurring affiliate and influencer meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Research and test new opportunities, partnering with influencer networks to stay ahead of trends and emerging formats on Meta and beyond.
  • Oversee agency partners so their work aligns with strategic goals, channel calendars, and brand standards.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in social media and influencer marketing, including hands-on experience running or scaling influencer or affiliate programs that delivered measurable results.
  • A strong command of Meta's platforms and the broader creator commerce landscape, with a track record of partnerships that converted.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets, including forecasting and performance reporting.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work well across creative, analytics, and leadership partners.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and the creator economy.
  • Ability to negotiate and build strong relationships with creators and publishers.
  • Proficiency in budget management and performance reporting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
