Manager, Marketing and Content

Brief Overview

At One&Only Moonlight Basin, we aim to create joy for our guests through personalized experiences. Nestled amidst the scenic beauty of Yellowstone National Park, our resort offers a luxurious yet relaxed atmosphere, where guests can indulge in a variety of activities including skiing, spa treatments, and dining experiences. We are now seeking a Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Marketing & Communications on all marketing and communications initiatives
• Develop and implement multichannel B2C and B2B campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle
• Create and manage creative briefs for advertising and guest-facing communications
• Execute local campaigns and support digital marketing efforts
• Generate and maintain content for various digital and print platforms
• Create and design sales and marketing materials, ensuring compliance with global brand standards
• Manage projects and vendors for advertising, content development, and social media efforts
• Oversee the print production process and ensure all collateral is on-brand
• Represent the resort at trade shows and events with compliant materials

Skills, Experience, And Educational Requirements

• In-depth understanding of B2C marketing and communication strategies
• Expertise in content creation and storytelling techniques
• Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
• Proven abilities in communication, project management, and organization
• Skilled at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
