About the role

Facilitates intake process for the resource center and oversees daily operations. Oversees the resource schedule and overall operation of the Resource Center including budget management. Communicates and collaboratively assists with administration of grants, initiatives, and programs. Provides ongoing resource management and related support to the center director and coordinator. Develops and maintains a reservation calendar for the resource centers community space. Primary point of contact for partners and families, assisting with navigating the center. Supports the center with special events and outreach opportunities. Documents processes and maintains records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a directly related field; Master's degree preferred
• 3-5 Years In Direct Experience Required
• Experience with managing and daily operations of a facility
• Strong program management organizational skills
• Customer service skills
• Knowledge of working with a budget and expenditures
