Manager I, Master Scheduling

About the role

The Manager I, Master Scheduling role is based fully onsite at Regal Rexnord's designated office. This position oversees the development, maintenance, and execution of the master production schedule to ensure efficient production operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the master production schedule aligned with forecasts and customer demand
• Ensure schedule feasibility considering capacity, materials, and lead times
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Production, and Sales
• Analyze capacity constraints and drive solutions for bottlenecks
• Maintain data accuracy in ERP/MRP systems
• Lead and develop scheduling team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field
• Manufacturing industry experience required
• 5+ years of experience in production planning or scheduling
• 1+ years of management experience required
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay

Expected Base Salary Range: $85,000- $110,000

Schedule

Office-based within a manufacturing facility with regular interaction on the production floor.
