Manager I, Data Entry
Responsibilities
Lead and manage day-to-day data entry operations, including the input and verification of standard and complex coded or uncoded data.
Supervise and develop a small team of data entry associates and/or team leads, ensuring high performance and accountability.
Establish priorities and allocate resources to meet service-level agreements and operational goals.
Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to meet productivity, accuracy, and quality standards.
Apply organizational policies and business plans to guide decision-making with moderate oversight.
Conduct performance evaluations, set employee objectives, and make compensation recommendations.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and workflow effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with customers to support business needs and service delivery.
Manage customer-facing interactions related to data processing, ensuring professionalism and responsiveness.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in data entry, operations, or a related field.
- Demonstrated people management or team lead experience in a structured environment.
- Experience operating data entry systems and processing business or statistical data.
- Working knowledge of technical tools including SQL (querying), SharePoint lists, and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in data processing and handling large datasets.
- Proven ability to work in customer-facing environments.

Pay
The U.S. National Base Pay Range: $78,800 - $131,300. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
Schedule
This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
