About the role

This role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, taking the form of a hybrid work format with time split between working onsite and remotely. As a Data Manager, you will support our engineering teams in planning, preparing, organizing, controlling, and submitting contractually required data under the direction of the designated Configuration/Data Management (CDM) Lead. This fast-paced role is vital to the performance of a program throughout its lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Review contractual documents and construct a 30/60/90 day deliverable outlook with due dates and resources.
• Proactively communicate deliverable timelines to the program and hold individuals accountable to the schedule.
• Present deliverable status during program management meetings.
• Review deliverable items to ensure they meet contractual requirements and follow data management processes.
• Exercise discretion and independent judgment in performing duties.
• Communicate effectively and proactively both orally and in writing.
• Independently execute data management processes and procedures.
• Drive conflicts and questions to resolution with minimal support.
• Exhibit sound interpersonal skills involving interfacing, coordinating, and negotiating with company personnel, customers, and suppliers.
• Make decisions using sound judgment while complying with policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Must be able to obtain a Top Secret Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of Data Management or related experience.

Pay

Full-Time Salary Range: $64,926 – $110,374. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications such as skills, education, and experience.
