Data Entry Manager
or drop it." So FLSA can be in a short p. We need to use
for section headings. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose.
We must output only HTML fragment.
Let's craft sections:

Maybe include FLSA and location? Could add a short p: "FLSA: Exempt. Location: Onsite, Denver, Colorado or Century City, California."
But we already have location in paragraph. Could add separate p for FLSA.
Better: after About the role paragraph, add a short p: "FLSA: Exempt
" but we shouldn't use strong? Not prohibited. Use plain text.
But we need to avoid repeating job title. It's fine.
Responsibilities: Use essential job functions list.

We'll include these as list items.
Requirements: Could combine physical requirements, minimum requirements (education, experience), knowledge and skills.
But we have separate sections for Qualifications, Skills. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide what goes where.
We can put:
- Requirements: maybe physical requirements and environmental factors? Or combine education/experience as Qualifications? Let's interpret:
Requirements: could be the "MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS" (Education, Experience). Qualifications: maybe "Knowledge and Skills"? But they also have a separate "Knowledge and Skills" list. The instruction says we can use those headings as examples, but we should only include sections when posting has real specific content.
We have content for:
- Physical Requirements and/or Environmental Factors (list)
- Minimum Requirements (Education, Experience)
- Knowledge and Skills (list)
Thus we could create:
Requirements
containing physical requirements and maybe education/experience? Or separate Qualifications and Skills.
Better to follow typical pattern: Requirements = minimum requirements (education, experience). Qualifications = knowledge and skills? But they also have "Knowledge and Skills" as a separate bullet list.
Let's decide:
- Requirements: Physical requirements and environmental factors (list)
- Qualifications: Education and Experience (maybe combined)
- Skills: Knowledge and Skills list
But we also have "Additional duties as assigned by management" already in responsibilities.
Let's extract physical requirements:
- Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment and/or remote office setting
- Occasional local travel may be required
- Daily computer use
- Occasional night and weekend work schedules
- Ability to properly lift 25 pounds
Education and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Medical Assisting, or related field, or equivalent experience. Commensurate experience in lieu of degree may be considered
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years' supervisory experience within clinical, medical, or healthcare data management
Knowledge and Skills list:
- Strong leadership and process improvement skills
- High proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Electronic Data Capture (EDC) platforms and clinical data management systems (CDMS)
- Strong working knowledge of medical terminology, clinical documentation standards, and research concepts
- Excellent working knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient data confidentiality requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office and internet-based applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate in a professional and knowledgeable manner with various stakeholders, including physicians and pharmaceutical sponsors/CROs
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret patient medical records in both paper and electronic formats
- Ability to ensure and audit data with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize competing demands, meet deadlines, and work both independently and in team environment
- Demonstrates initiative, strong judgement, and decision-making skills
- Ability to lead and drive implementation of key initiatives for the team
- Ability to collaborate as well as build and foster relationships across teams
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to provide effective process and technical leadership
- Consistently demonstrates core values and high proficiency in skills set
We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience" but that's part of the education line; it's substantive? It says "Commensurate experience in lieu of degree may be considered". That's substantive, we keep.
Now Benefits list:
- Health, dental, and vision insurance plans
- 401(k) with a 100% employer match on the first 4% of employee contributions
- Tuition reimbursement
- Parental leave
- Employee referral program
- Employee assistance program
- Life insurance
- Disability insurance
- Generous PTO plan covering vacation, sick, personal days and 8 paid holidays
We should keep as list.
Pay: $125,000 - $140,000 (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift, 40 hours per week
Now we need to ensure we don't create sections with filler. All sections have content.
Now produce HTML.
We'll start with About the role paragraph(s). Could include location and FLSA in a short p.
Let's craft:
