Data Entry Assistant

About the role

This is a 100% remote, full-time role open to candidates in the United States. The position supports administrative, customer-service, reporting, coordination, and day-to-day business workflows through organized remote execution, accurate documentation, clear communication, and dependable follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records and structured data used across administrative, customer-service, reporting, coordination, and day-to-day business workflows.
• Review source information for completeness, formatting, and consistency; document exceptions before updating approved systems.
• Prepare or update reports, spreadsheets, dashboards, and tracking files that support workflows.
• Follow documented quality-control steps to protect data accuracy, confidentiality, and traceability.
• Communicate status, questions, discrepancies, and completed work clearly so the team can act on reliable information.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to perform data entry work, or closely related training/experience, with reliable accuracy and follow-through.
• Comfort using common remote-work tools, web-based systems, spreadsheets, email, shared documents, and role-appropriate business software.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document questions, decisions, status, and exceptions.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines, repetitive tasks, or multiple priorities without losing record quality.
• Authorization to work in the United States and the ability to maintain a reliable internet connection and suitable private workspace for this remote position.

Pay

Base compensation: $39,000–$57,000 per year, depending on experience and demonstrated role alignment.
