About the role

We are looking for a people-focused, business-minded Human Resources Manager to lead HR at our manufacturing facility in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. The Human Resources Manager - Manufacturing is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by building strong leaders, developing talent, fostering an engaging culture, and partnering with operations to deliver outstanding business results.

Located on-site at our manufacturing plant in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, as a key member of the Plant Leadership Team, you'll serve as the senior HR leader for our gummi candy manufacturing facility in Wisconsin, providing strategic direction while remaining hands-on in supporting our associates and leaders every day.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnership - Serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to the Plant (factory)

The Human Resources Manager - Manufacturing will partner closely with on-site Manufacturing Operations and the broader Human Resources team to strengthen organizational capability, drive engagement, support business transformation, and ensure our people practices reflect both compliance and our HARIBO values.

As the senior HR leader for the site, you'll help create an environment where associates can thrive while supporting operational excellence and sustainable business growth.
