About the role
As the Manager, HRBP for Customer Success & Onboarding, you will serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders and a key point of support for Cloudbeds team members across North America and Canada.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders across multiple levels to understand business needs and align People strategies.
- Lead organizational design, workforce planning, leadership coaching, talent programs, and change initiatives.
- Provide strategic insights to help build inclusive, high-performing teams.
- Manage and resolve complex team member relations with confidentiality and strong judgment.
- Support development conversations, performance management, corrective actions, and conflict resolution.
- Partner on global and regional engagement and culture initiatives.
- Aid with documentation for legal matters, investigations, or claims.
- Assist with implementing policy updates and guiding managers on compliance requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Legal, Finance, and People Ops to ensure compliant processes across the entire team member and contractor lifecycle.
- Partner with Business Systems to troubleshoot Workday workflows or data issues.
- Work with HRBPs across NORAM, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC to ensure global consistency in practices and programs.
- Support global People initiatives, including performance, DEI, compensation, leadership development, and workforce planning.
- Strengthen cross-regional People processes and communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–4+ years of progressive HRBP, HR Manager, or senior HR Generalist experience.
- Certification in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) is a strong plus.
- Experience supporting CS & Onboarding organizations.
- Proven ability to coach and influence leaders at all levels.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across cultures and time zones.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with strong data manipulation and analysis skills in Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and a high level of integrity.
- Strong judgment, ownership, confidentiality, and problem-solving.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote-first environment.
- Workday experience is a strong plus.
Qualifications
- Compensation: Depending on your skills and experience, you can expect your annual compensation to be between $80 000 - $110 000 USD (the salary is only for US-based candidates).

Pay
