About the role

The Manager, HR Business Partner in the Southeast Region is responsible for providing strategic support to the region’s leadership team. This includes developing and implementing HR initiatives that align with business objectives, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals
• Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
• Facilitate employee engagement and satisfaction programs
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Support talent acquisition efforts
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a managerial capacity
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with HRIS systems

Qualifications

• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Experience with employee relations and conflict resolution
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
