Manager, GTM System - SFDC Developer
for section headings. Use - for lists. Use
for prose.
We need sections: About the role (Job Overview), Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine Education & Experience and Characteristics?), Skills, Benefits, Pay.
But we need to avoid thin sections. Could combine Characteristics into Skills or Requirements. Let's decide: We'll have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (includes Education & Experience and Characteristics), Skills (maybe separate technical skills?), Benefits, Pay.
But we might duplicate. Better: Have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including education/experience and minimum years), Skills (technical proficiencies and soft skills), Benefits, Pay.
We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler. All have content.
Let's extract Skills: from Characteristics list we can pull out skill-like items: Expert proficiency in core revenue tech stack technologies such as SFDC, Zoominfo, Groove, Gong, RingLead, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Hubspot. Excellent communication skills. Ability to explain complex, technical process in a simple straightforward manner. Good understanding of interconnectivity between systems allowing to perform upstream and downstream impact analysis from multiple stakeholders’ point of view. Ability to build systems architecture with eye towards future scale but flexibility to solve current state business requirements. Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment. Can create clear/simple documentation - process guides & system maps. Demonstrates the ability to identify and solve problems quickly, decisively, and independently. Can troubleshoot complex technical issues. Analytical. Leverages data where possible to GTM process and productivity. Hands on experience with AI tools, ideally with Salesforce.com Agentforce. Experience working for an innovative high growth tech company (SaaS preferred).
These are skills/qualities.
Requirements: Education & Experience list.
Let's format.
