Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of long-term franchise strategies and annual business priorities.
  • Help define franchise positioning, narratives, and brand storytelling across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Create and maintain franchise bibles, brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and strategic toolkits.
  • Develop marketing toolkits and campaign materials that bring franchise strategies to life.
  • Partner with creative, content, marketing, consumer products, digital, gaming, publishing, and regional teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with digital teams on social and fan engagement strategies.
  • Analyze consumer, industry, and cultural trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Create executive presentations and strategic recommendations for leadership.
  • Track key franchise initiatives, priorities, and campaign milestones.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration and sharing of best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in brand strategy, franchise management, franchise marketing, brand management, entertainment strategy, or a related field.
  • Experience developing brand positioning, franchise strategies, brand guidelines, campaign platforms, or creative briefs.
  • Strong presentation, storytelling, and strategic writing skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, digital, content, and partner teams.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience creating and presenting strategic decks in PowerPoint or Keynote.

Work Environment

  • Frequent interaction with cross-functional stakeholders.
