Manager, FP&A Reporting

The Finance Manager will be part of the Custom Guarantee Management team within PBM Finance and Rebates Operations, joining a collaborative and high-performing team. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable financial planning, analysis, reporting, and operations experience at an industry-leading company.

Responsibilities

• Reviews client-level contractual terms to apply inputs to financial reporting requirements.
• Conducts detailed financial analysis, including variance, trend, and profitability analysis.
• Manages a subgroup of client pricing strategies in support of the broader team portfolio.
• Identifies opportunities to streamline financial processes, improve efficiency, and enhance data accuracy.
• Identifies areas for improvement and implements changes to optimize team performance, processes, and workflows.
• Effectively communicates results and findings to leadership.
• Collaborates with internal cross-functional teams to execute deliverables.
• Assists in various department projects in support of team goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business, finance, or accounting.
• 5+ years of experience with advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in Business, Finance, and/or Accounting.

Pay

The typical pay range for this role is $66,330.00 - $145,860.00. This range represents the base annual full-time salary. The actual base salary offer will depend on factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant considerations. This position is also eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range.
