About the role
As an FP&A Manager, you will play a critical role in driving financial insight, performance visibility, and decision support across the business. This role partners closely with business leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting, actionable forecasting, and data-driven recommendations that directly impact business outcomes and long-term strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary finance partner for Executive Leadership Teams, supporting approximately $115M of annual spend, providing end-to-end financial oversight, strategic analysis, and decision support.
- Oversee financial management for the Monterrey Hub, encompassing $40M of gross expense across all corporate functions, ensuring accurate forecasting, cost control, and alignment with enterprise objectives.
- Lead and develop 1–3 direct reports in a global environment, providing clear direction, performance coaching, and growth opportunities while maintaining strong day-to-day execution.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly financial close in line with published finance and accounting calendars, including review and posting of transactions in local systems and HFM.
- Monitor financial performance and deliver insights on variances, trends, and key business metrics.
- Develop and present quarterly forecasts, clearly articulating risks and opportunities versus prior forecast, prior year, and plan.
- Provide technical and financial subject matter expertise to business leadership.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, corporate policies, and accounting standards across supported functions and locations.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement across finance processes and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- 5+ years experience in FP&A, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting.
- Master’s degree (Preferred)
- Prior P&L ownership experience (Preferred)
- Experience with SAP, HFM, PowerBI (Nice to have)
- Ability to clearly communicate complex financial concepts.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $96,000.00 - $192,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
