Manager, Field Shuttle Operations
Position Summary
The Manager, Field Shuttle Operations oversees shuttle logistics operations associated with the delivery of customer merchandise and ensures all deliveries are completed within an established time frame and meet customer expectations. They will travel daily to their assigned client retail location to ensure compliance with RLX standards and manage relationships with motor carriers and client representatives at the sites.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Responsible for consistently meeting and exceeding client service goals
Oversee the daily inbound and outbound operations of their location and their various components, ensuring compliance with company, client, local, state, and federal policies and regulations
Maintains a professional appearance always
Leverages routing software to ensure that all client deliveries are scheduled and tendered
Manages and maintains communication regarding special requests from clients and their customers within their assigned store location
Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and operational performance
Ensures daily meetings with service providers and teams are conducted consistently, ensuring performance rankings are accurate and updated daily, following standard Company operating procedures
Interpret and share location KPIs with key stakeholders
Partner with motor carriers to facilitate compliance and delivery capacity as expected by the client
Ensures the upkeep and maintenance of all assigned assets, both from RLX and the client
Conducts daily onsite store audits to ensure client satisfaction with RLX deliverables
Collaborates with fellow peers on daily functions including work allocation, training, and problem resolution
Provides field-driven insights to improve service delivery models
Promotes a culture of accountability, professionalism, and operational excellence
Performs other work-related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities)
1-2 years of last mile distribution, and/or supply chain operations experience
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and Power BI
Ability to learn new technology/software and processes quickly
Ability to complete work in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Ability to exhibit a professional demeanor when dealing with conflict
Must have reliable transportation to commute to the workplace and attend client meetings as necessary. This involves traveling to various locations within the specific territory for the client
Must have a current and valid US driver's license
