We are seeking a dynamic and highly strategic Field Marketing Manager to drive market‑level activation excellence, commercial alignment, and insights‑led growth across assigned geographies. In this role, you will develop and execute state‑level marketing strategies, optimize A&P investment, and collaborate closely with Sales, Distributor partners, Brand, and Commercial teams. You will shape local market execution, champion commercial priorities, and serve as the voice of the market to ensure programs land with maximum impact.

- Lead state
