Manager, Field Marketing
Job Summary
Rippling is seeking a high-energy, results-driven field marketing manager to lead the company's field marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will take ownership of both strategy and execution, manage a team of field marketers, and build scalable processes and templates.
Responsibilities
- Drive both strategy and execution by identifying and executing on conferences, owned events, and field tactics that reach HR leaders most effectively.
- Manage the team's calendar of events, making informed decisions about where to be and how to differentiate the presence to maximize impact with the audience.
- Lead a team of field marketers, assigning events, overseeing work, problem-solving alongside the team, and reviewing results to maximize ROI and efficiency.
- Build scalable processes, templates, and playbooks to enable the entire team to operate consistently and efficiently.
- Share learnings and performance metrics, defining the right success metrics for programs and tracking performance rigorously.
- Identify and prioritize markets, accounts, and formats that will have the greatest impact on pipeline and deal acceleration.
- Manage and maximize the field marketing budget, closely tracking expenses against plan.
- Constantly innovate and push the envelope, moving beyond typical B2B marketing playbooks to unlock scale and ROI.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in field marketing, preferably with people management experience.
- A deep knowledge of the HR buyer ecosystem through prior experience.
- A builder’s mindset, focusing on building systems, templates, and playbooks that make the team more effective.
- Preferred knowledge of Salesforce and Outreach.
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity and set a similar pace for the team.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves to provide feedback and get the job done.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with regular communication with executives and other senior leaders.
- Bias for speed and willingness to travel 20-30% for events.

Pay
The pay range for this role is: 108,000 - 180,000 USD per year (US Tier 1).
