Field Marketing Manager (WA - Bellevue)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement Local Marketing Strategies
• Track and Analyze Campaign Performance
• Lead Field Activation & Event Planning
• Support New Store Openings
• Review Customer Feedback
• Manage Local Marketing Budget & Vendor Relationships
• Maintain Collaborative Relationships
• Monitor Sales Performance
• Create or Adapt Local Marketing Materials
• Develop Local PR Efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
• Preferably 4-8 years of local marketing in restaurant or food industry
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Organization skills and detail orientation is a must
• Basic design skills with experience using tools like Canva to create localized marketing materials within established brand standards
• Willingness to travel regularly across regional markets
• Must be able to work independently and within a team environment, with minimal instructions
• Solid knowledge of restaurant and marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Toast)
• Experience working with the press; creating special events; collaborating with influencers; and handling reputation management
• Strong copywriting and editorial skills; experience writing press releases, media pitches, and branded content for restaurant or consumer audiences

Qualifications

• Salary Range: $95,000 - $120,000 per year
