Manager, Field Applications Scientists

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to maintain relationships and ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with sales teams to exceed customer requirements and drive improvements
• Manage critical customer service issues as part of leadership
• Evaluate organizational performance using metrics to initiate improvements
• Resolve customer complaints and enhance the service delivery process
• Assist the team in planning and prioritizing customer support activities
• Develop performance reports and manage budgetary requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Molecular and Cell Biology, or related field
• 5+ years of laboratory experience in cell therapy or similar areas; 3+ years with a Master's degree
• In-depth marketplace knowledge in Cell Therapy and Clinical settings
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Experience with customer engagement in a laboratory or scientific setting

Pay

$167,627 – $170,500 annually
