About the role

This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-quality demos, trials, and technical validations to boost opportunity progression
• Coordinate priorities and skill development for team alignment with sales expectations
• Ensure timely technical validations to improve customer fit and accelerate adoption
• Drive early-stage opportunity contributions through qualification and engagement
• Document technical activities and interactions for accurate sales pipeline management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective resource allocation and handovers
• Gather customer insights to inform product development and sales strategies
• Provide accurate technical input for contracts in collaboration with legal and sales teams

Requirements

• Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, or similar discipline
• 5+ years of technical sales or pre-sales experience in a scientific setting
• Ability to lead and influence a high-performing team of specialists
• Strong understanding of scientific workflows and applications
• Experience with CRM systems and maintaining documentation discipline
• Solid consultative selling and collaborative communication skills
• Willingness to travel over 50% for customer engagements

Pay

$100,000 – $130,000 annually
