Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program.
- Acceptable accrediting agencies: Commission on Collegiate Education in Nursing (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (CNEA).
Experience
- At least 5 years of progressive clinical experience in the emergency department.
- 2-3 years of experience in a leadership position in the emergency department.
Qualifications
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Creativity and initiative for handling a variety of patient and employee interactions.
